My kennel started with Ratel di Vildor .( import Italy) A 2 1/2 year old female born in 1968 out of the malinois Quintin van het Hofstedeken and the tervueren female La Marion du Talion.She had an italien pedigree! She entered my home in 1971 when Mrs. van der Schalk ( Switserland) was looking for a new home for her. She has been fighting in her kennel with another female, because of this she had a big brandmark on her back. "Di Scottatura "means in Italian "of the Brandmark."
I produced five litters from Ratel. The first with Chaperon van het Kempisch Bos in 1972. Out of this combination I kept the beautiful Ch. Amira di Scottatura. She became three years in a row Best Tervueren female at the Dutch Specialty. Bouf di Scottatura the only daughter of Ch. Blitz van Cynthasiashof x Ratel di Vildor produced with Aristo van het Horckende only two puppies, they are not used for breeding.
In 1975 the young promising Vibrato de la Pouroffe was imported to Holland. With Ratel di Vildor he produced 5 puppies. No one is used for breeding. The last litter with the very well producing Dutch Ch. Vasco de la Pouroffe was the best litter she had produced. In caracter as well in beauty.Well known was the dog Jason Ratel di Scottatura and the females Jolie Ratel di Scottatura ( Kennel van de Gnephoek) and Jotun Ratel di Scottattura she became one of the stud females of my kennel.
